Tap & Spile, Guisborough (A further word from another local promoter):

Kath and Ralph did a great job as volunteers running and booking the music nights there, they are people with a love of music prepared to give their time free to keeping it live. Not just at the Tap but also the jam nights at the Black Swan and the blues nights in Guisborough. They have been responsible for giving many amatuers the chance to get up and play , myself included... We need more of them.

John Hutch at Cellers, Scarborough
A note from John: Acoustic Sundays will be starting again in January. Not sure of dates yet. I have several guests lined up (the ones that can make me look good, back me up properly and do some of their own stuff too) including Jesse Hutchinson, John Watton, Sam Forrest, Rich Hodgson, Tom Townsend, hopefully Mark Wynn, maybe Roy Piper - and Henrik Nagy wants to come back from Gothenburg to do it again.
