Registered Office: Hollin Bush, Rosedale East, Pickering, North Yorkshire, YO18 8RL We are voluntarily registered for VAT Registration no: 747 0792 09 If any profit is made by the Company it is used to develop the scope of our activities and cannot be shared amongst the directors or members. Our work is guided by egalitarian principles. We believe that the production and dissemination of music should be, on all levels, a collective endeavour. It took us some time, and considerable research, to establish an appropriate working structure. Much useful information is available at Companies House. The information in this section of the site may be helpful to other groups who wish to establish a legally recognised framework for co-operative and collectively organised work.
