PQASSO Practical Quality Assurance System for Small Organisations |

Cultural Foundation implemented the PQASSO quality assurance system in May 2002 Selected by Yorkshire Continuum and the Learning and Skills Council as an appropriate organisation we attended training in this system and carried out initial self-assessment against all 12 quality standards. The quality areas are: 1. Planning for Quality 2. Governance 3. Management 4. User - centred Service 5. Staff 6. Training and Development 7. Managing Money 8. Managing Resources 9. Managing Activities 10. Networking and Partnership 11. Monitoring and Evaluation 12. Results DDuring our 3rd financial year as a non-profit distributing Company limited by guarantee (June 2002 - May 2003) we intend to achieve level 1 in all areas and develop an action plan which will move us forward to level 2 This section of our site will provide a progress diary for all stakeholders |
